Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS First Class package service from Central Florida. All orders ship same-day or the next business day and tracking information is provided as soon as it is available. Most orders will deliver within 2-5 business days. Exuma Fragrance Co. covers the cost of shipping to locations in the US. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Shipping Damage
In the event your shipment arrives damaged, please provide a photo of the damaged package within 3 days of delivery to [email protected]. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns since our products contact the skin. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please notify us at [email protected]. We will work with you to provide a suitable replacement product or issue a refund (less $4.00 for shipping and handling).
Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests before orders are shipped. Please be advised that we ship very quickly, often within a few hours of the order being placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Refunds
Refund inquiries must be received within 30 days of order completion. Refunds will be evaluated and handled on a case-by-case basis. Most refunds will incur a $4.00 deduction to help cover the cost of the initial shipment and transactional fees.
