
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. All orders ship same-day or the next business day and tracking information is provided as soon as it is available. Most orders within the lower 48 will deliver within 5-7 business days. Spray perfumes ship with a hazmat / surface transport only designation which can add to the transit time. Exuma Fragrance Co. covers the cost of shipping to all locations with a US zip code. We are currently unable to fulfill international orders.

Shipping Damage
In the event your shipment arrives damaged, please provide a photo of the damaged package within 3 days of delivery to exumafragrance@gmail.com. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please notify us at exumafragrance@gmail.com. We will work with you to provide a suitable replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Free replacement offer limited to one use per customer.
Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests before orders are shipped. Please be advised that we ship very quickly, often within a few hours of the order being placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@exumafragrance.com.
Refunds
Refund inquiries must be received within 30 days of order completion. Refunds will be evaluated and handled on a case-by-case basis. All refunds for received merchandise will incur a deduction equivalent to the price we paid to ship your product (usually $5.00-$7.00, subject to USPS Ground Advantage rates).
